Guest access

You will have compete access to the whole house. This well appointed 3 bedroom 2 bath house has it all. There’s tons of room to spread out and sleep even more people in the basement. Watch football or Netflix on the huge smart TV. Enjoy a game of foosball and ping pong or chill around the backyard fire pit with your family and friends.

Neighborhood overview

Conveniently located to Downtown and UT: only a few miles to Neyland Stadium for games and events, Market Square and Downtown for restaurants, theatres, museums, World’s Fair Park, Sunsphere Tower, and the convention center. Explore historical locations, check out Zoo Knoxville, take a walking tour, beer tasting tour, or ride the trolley. Hikers and mountain bikers will love the nearby trails at the Ijams Nature Center. Kayak, canoe or paddle board at either the Mead’s Quarry or River Landing in Ijams, enjoy the Canopy Experience, or just sit and relax along the waterfront. Visitors can take the short drive to hike the Smoky Mountains or tour Gatlinburg.

Yummy eateries, coffee houses, and breweries are minutes away: SoKno Tacos, Landing House and South Coast Pizza for meals, Honeybee Coffee and Three Bears Coffee Co are great for starting your morning or an afternoon pick me up, and for local brews, check out Trailhead Beer, Alliance Brewing Co, Printshop Beer, and Hi-Wire Brewing.

Getting around

Most people get around with their own car, but it’s a really quick Uber or Lyft to downtown, Neyland stadium and all the other sights. There is plenty of parking at the house on the long driveway.
